Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Planning and Industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You'll manage the Demand (Firm & Forecast) to reach customers QCD and projects timescales while optimising site resources (people & cash), with a scope of work / accountability depending on the typology of the site to which the Industrial Planner belongs.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing and testing Department, Industrialization, Tender, Project, Supply Chain & Procurement, Central demand team).
You'll specifically take care of applying Industrial Planning Golden rules and EHS rules (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan), but also managing demand (firm & forecast) in the Core Planning Tools.
We'll look to you for:
Consolidate and analyze the demand forecast (BoQs / BOMs and forecast plan) from tender team, project team and S&OP demand plan.
Check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and put in place corrective actions when needed.
Inject the demand forecast into GSI (and / or Short-Term Monthly Demand Planning tool).
Manage anticipation process (consolidate, check approval process consistency, perform netting when Sales Order is placed).
For firm demand, validate the adequacy between the need expressed by the project team and the product lead-time communicated by the supplier before registering the firm need into GSI (through Sales Order, Activity Network, PIR, etc.).
Guarantee that the data inside the ERP are the latest update.
Collaborate to the quarterly S&OP.
Build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherency with inputs from tender team, project team, site strategic plan and firm projects already in the portfolio.
Perform operations workload versus workforce analysis and analyse bottlenecks (site capacity).
Provide output to central S&OP team for global consolidation.
Ensure that S&OP instance decisions are reflected as input into SIOP (former P&FM).
Participate to the SIOP cycle by doing the appropriate simulations and propose feasible scenario to support decisions to be taken (with internal and / or external solution).
Ensure that SIOP instance decisions are reflected into MPS and / or Material Delivery Plan and cascade through the organization with appropriate communication to internal / external suppliers.
Report the WIP and FG for HI consolidation in time.
Ensure that all KPIs are calculated according to the standard rules.

Graduated from university or engineering school (Master's degree).
2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or in planning.
Knowledge of E2E vision for Industrial Planning process and process impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing is desirable.
Good knowledge of Core Planning Tool, ERP and Excel.
High level of English is a must.
Good Communication and collaborative skills.
Innovative, pro-active and autonomous.

Sense of urgency.
Able to make the synthesis of a critical issue.
