Could you be the full-time INDUSTRIAL PLANNER in Madrid we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Planning and Industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.

You'll manage the Demand (Firm & Forecast) to reach customers QCD and projects timescales while optimising site resources (people & cash). Check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and put in place corrective actions when needed

Inject the demand forecast into GSI (and / or Short-Term Monthly Demand Planning tool)

Manage anticipation process (consolidate, check approval process consistency, perform netting when Sales Order is placed)

For firm demand, validate the adequacy between the need expressed by the project team and the product lead-time communicated by the supplier before registering the firm need into GSI (through Sales Order, Activity Network, PIR, etc.)

Guarantee that the data inside the ERP are the latest update

Collaborate to the quarterly S&OP

Build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherency with inputs from tender team, project team, site strategic plan and firm projects already in the portfolio

Perform operations workload versus workforce analysis and analyse bottlenecks (site capacity)

Provide output to central S&OP team for global consolidation

Ensure that S&OP instance decisions are reflected as input into SIOP (former P&FM)

Participate to the SIOP cycle by doing the appropriate simulations and propose feasible scenario to support decisions to be taken (with internal and/or external solution)

Ensure that SIOP instance decisions are reflected into MPS and/or Material Delivery Plan and cascade through the organization with appropriate communication to internal / external suppliers

Report the WIP and FG for HI consolidation in time

Ensure that all KPIs are calculated according to the standard rules
