Job Description:Friogas, a leading company in energy solutions, is seeking an Industrial SiteManager to join our team in Valladolid. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient operation of the industrial site, promoting a safe and productive environment.Responsibilities:Supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the industrial site.Manage and promote workplace health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Develop and implement training programs for a team of 15 people, continuously improving their skills and competencies.Coordinate with different departments to optimize processes and meet production goals.Oversee the correct implementation of industrial standards and regulations.Report directly to management on site progress and challenges.Requirements:University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven experience of at least 5 years in industrial operations management.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.Ability to lead teams and manage personnel.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Availability to travel monthly between Valladolid and Valencia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
