The Industrial Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the production plant.

FUNCTIONSThe Industrial Manager must guarantee that industrial processes run effectively, productively, and safely.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor the performance, output, and quality of the products or services, making changes or enhancements as needed.Manage and coordinate training, evaluate staff, and address any issues or disputes that arise.Implement and uphold internal control and safety standards.Set and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure the follow-up of cost control and allocate resources.Work in coordination with other plants and the European Supply Chain.Analyze and optimize the stock of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and energy based on sales forecasting and customer orders.
Ensure efficient material flow.Set the Plant KPIs, review and report progress as a result of the operations activities, in alignment with other industrial sites of the company.Identify and solve problems, execute corrective or preventive actions in collaboration with other departments that could be affected.Research innovative new technologies for the plant.Analyze production methods and practices to improve efficiency and competitiveness.Supervise the warehouse to ensure the delivery of orders.Lead, motivate, encourage, and manage employees.
Participate in recruitment, distribution of tasks, skills assessment, training plan proposals, annual performance evaluation, and job development.Ensure that the team complies with environmental rules and instructions, monitor environmental indicators, and participate in audits.
Be proactive and make proposals to ensure continuous improvement in environmental protection.RequirementsIndustrial Engineer with experience in the food industry.Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable position in an international company.Experience in new facilities, buildings, and extension of capacity.Technical and operational knowledge.Extensive knowledge of businesses (MBA).Financial skills.Advanced negotiation skills.Good communication skills.Leadership and team player.Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving attitude.Strong sense of direction, talent for management.Resilient, tenacious, and demonstrate energy.Spanish and English languages are required; French knowledge will be a plus.SAP advanced user.Apply nowLooking for the best qualified professionals?
