Made Possible. We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Technician with administrative skills to join our team at our Igualada facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse departures, material purchases, and maintenance work orders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage departures from the warehouse and allocate them to the corresponding cost centres.Manage purchases of material according to inventory and/or maintenance needs.Receive and enter ordered material into the warehouse.Manage the maintenance work orders and assign them to the mechanics on duty.Manage preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the maintenance management system.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient maintenance operations.Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.Prepare and present maintenance reports to management.Profile: Technical background (Mechanical or Electrical) - Preferably Electronic.Medium knowledge of English.Preferably with SAP or CMMS experience.Experience in a similar position between 2 and 3 years.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Seniority levelAssociate
