Could you be the full-time Industrial & Continuous Improvement Engineer in Madrid (Pinto) we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and experience in developing continuous improvement methodology in Services Operations. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Team, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Managers), collaborate to the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap and much more.
You'll specifically take care of establishing the way forward in the execution of the activity, but also collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects.
We'll look to you for:
Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.Standardization of processesNotify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.Develop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activitiesManagement of main KPIs.Improvement in the efficiency of the processesWork with the production department to make decissions based on the data analysis.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Academic background: University degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies.Experience: 3-5 years working in similar positions.Essential: Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.English level of B2-C1Desirable knowledge in SAP, Python, Visual Basic, Big Data and Automatization Process.
