Could you be the full-time Indirect Buyer (temporal) in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future role You'll work with an Indirect Procurement Team to develop and execute indirect procurement strategies, supporting a large production manufacturing facility Category. You'll specifically take care of tendering, supplier selection, review and de-selection activities, but also negotiate, place and manage contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.
We'll look to you for:
Carrying out on-going SRM and vendor management activities
Managing requestors and supplier relationships to ensure that category strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs
Assuring that strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs
Advising on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex services with new and existing suppliers

University degree or equivalent qualifications
Previous experience in a buyer role, working within Indirect procurement will be valued
Knowledge of SAP Ariba will be a plus
Fluency in English, proficiency in French as a plus
Interest in a temporary replacement contract
Proven, successful supplier negotiation skills, and understanding of contract terms and conditions
Excellent communication/relationship skills, being a confidential and trustworthy business partner with the ability to influence others
Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations
Accuracy, problem-solving, planning and organization, result orientation, service orientation, ability to perform in stress situations
