About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Income Controller & General Cashier position to join our finance department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Ensures that receipts and cash disbursements of the hotel are properly controlled and accounted for, handles the bank deposits of daily collection and provides outlets cashiers with small change at all times.
Preview the EO's of the groups from C&E department.
Provide support for the billing groups.
Review group commissions.
Review Aging.
Review the correct applications of credit cards.
Check out the existing differences between outlets.
Manage spot-checks of blind drop.
Audit general cash.
Quantify expenses.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualifications:
At least 2 years professional course in Finance or Economics.
Experience:
Opera, Micros and SUN experience will be an advantage.
At least 1 year in a similar job in the hotel industry.
Skills:
Attention to detail, good analytical and numeric skills, quick learner, good knowledge of Excel.
