Job Description Audit and verify all revenue transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary services.
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and posted in the accounting system.
Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
Reconcile revenue discrepancies and resolve any issues or variances.
Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
Monitor and review all accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 02 years of experience in an auditing or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
