Together we do what matters.What you'll do: Event Management: Provide thought leadership and own planning and execution for all significant events worldwide in partnership with ENs.
Coach Employee Networks and provide resources to ensure seamless planning and execution of EN events.
Design content and formats with a global approach, ensuring translation and localization.
Support the delivery of Global I&D; Ad hoc Initiatives.Strategy, Operations and Governance: Develop and execute EN strategy.
Support implementation of EN strategy by Area, with appropriate localization.
Grow EN Program size, capacity, and maturity.
Enabling and overseeing EN Operations, supporting with budgets, distribution lists.
Act as liaison between ENs and Avanade functions/stakeholders.
Driving Employee Network expansion and membership tracking.
Provide ENs proper tools for success e.G., reporting and membership.
Support EN ownership of EN budgets to ensure impactful spending.
Serve as EN management SME.
Driving accountability by measuring and reporting on the impact of initiatives.
Communicating and collaborating with EN communities at all levels.Amplify and Support ENs: Embed framework for EC Sponsors and Champions - support and guide for impact.
Increase program awareness and position ENs as business partners.
Act as a coach and trusted adviser for EN Chairs.
Facilitate recognition of EN leaders.
Provide crisis management support as needed.
Build strong, trusting connections with the EN Member community, providing a safe place to share concerns.
Build leadership capabilities.
Collaborate with Accenture and Microsoft on Employee Network best practice
