This role involves managing incoming customer inquiries and converting these opportunities into sales and booked appointments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, accurately capturing customer information, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless sales and booking processes. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner, capturing all pertinent customer contact information. Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries from new and existing customers into sales, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling where applicable. - Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and closing techniques. Service Booking: Decipher customer needs to book the right service appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth booking process and participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and provide ideas for improving overall customer experience and sales processes. Qualifications: Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales or a related role is preferred, with familiarity in using CRM software. Technical Skills: Proficient in using Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM tools for managing customer interactions. Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with customer service and sales in a remote environment. Ability to manage evening or weekend work to accommodate customer needs.
