TasksDemonstrating products and features on a video call.Increasing sales and market share through your interactions.Increasing conversion rate from query to purchase.Delivering excellent customer service on each call.Answering queries efficiently and confidently.Maintaining an expert understanding of products.Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory.Providing market-related insights and feedback.Presenting on public and internal facing video content.Scriptwriting and translations.Creating and presenting training content.Supporting the call centre where necessary.RequirementsYou are a native speaker in Italian and have professional proficiency in English.You work collaboratively within your team to drive your given project forward.You always consider the customer to deliver excellent service.You are goal-oriented to achieve targets.BenefitsA fast-growing, fun and friendly work environment.Yearly base salary of €20,000 + up to €3,000 bonus.Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 18:00pm.Quick progression and career opportunities.Starting date: ASAP.
