ABOUT THE ROLE As Growth Marketing Manager (Brazil), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Inbound Marketing, you will work closely with the rest of the team to spearhead performance and content marketing campaigns that generate SQLs, own email and lifecycle marketing programs that nurture leads to convert them into customers, and partner with product/engineering resources to develop innovative marketing actions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Define and coordinate the media plan across all channels to boost Factorial's brand presence (focus on YouTube).
Drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
Work alongside the editorial team to ensure the content strategy helps achieve awareness, acquisition, and retention goals.
Develop and implement SEO capability to include link-building, domain authority, content strategy, and audit.
Build and update the prospect universe including audiences/segments/personas to be targeted.
Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation.
Manage the media team and external suppliers of the market: PR agency, link-building agency, copywriters, etc.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Previous working experience as a media manager or similar role for at least 5 years.
Be data-driven and proficient with KPIs to understand how content drives key metrics.
Previous working experience implementing long-term cross-channel content strategies.
Experience in collaborating with Influencers, Press, and PR Agencies.
Experience in the B2B environment (SaaS industry would be a plus).
Knowledge of SEO.
General knowledge in digital marketing: CRO, UX, and Analytics.
Previous relevant growth experiences in Brand Awareness.
