The person, with the input from respective Brand Managers, will be responsible for the execution of BTL and in-store communication planning, design and execution across customers.He or She will work closely with Brand Managers, but also other departments (Category Trade Marketing, Sales, Headquarters Communication Team, etc.) and external partners (Advertising Agencies, Printers, In-store furniture producers, etc.). The role reports to a Ukraine Communication Director located in Kyiv, and is part of the bigger De'Longhi CEE Marketing team covering Ukraine, Moldavia, Poland, Czech and Slovakia.Key responsibilities:• Superior in-store presence of the De'Longhi Group brands- New Product Launches in-store presence - POS, furniture - design, production, execution- Development and updates of Category Management Zones across Customers (e.g. Comfy, Foxtrot, Epitsenter, etc) applying Brand Guidelines with the alignment of respective Brand Managers and adapting to the Customer requirements- Support Promoters/Trainer with demonstration materials if any special needs arise- Support Sales needs in maintaining every day quality look of installed materials - e.g. fixing damages, providing replacements, updates• Creation and execution of special Brand Zones outside stores and during events, e.g. Bukovel De'Longhi Branded Zone, Kiev Zoo Branded zone, Culinary Studio Branded zone, etc• Day-to-day collaboration with the Customers in the area of in-store materials / furniture execution• Manage In-store communication budget- Recommend spending - what we can afford and what is the priority- Manage workflow required for proper order of materials and booking of the expenses- Budget Tracking• Create and maintain inventory of projects / materials / furniture in the stores and warehouse- Collection of information - photobank of current projectsJob ProfileKey requirements:- Min. 3 years of working experience in the area of BTL materials development and/or execution - in the marketing department, advertising agency, or a retailer- Desire to develop long term expertise in BTL materials development and execution- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to take input / directions from the respective BMs- Passion for the BTL advertising, design instinct and shopper / customer understanding- Ability to travel across Ukraine and to Moldova to visit stores (1-2 per month)- Bachelor Degree or equivalent- Ability to easily communicate in English, both in writing and verbally- Fluent Ukrainian- Comfortable working in an international environment- Ability to drive- Analytical and data-driven approach to actions- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills- Proactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and keeping time commitments- Ability to adjust to a fast changing business environmentWhat we offer:- Permanent, full time contract- Market competitive salary plus achievement based bonus- Medical care, Meal allowance- Potential to work up to 2 days per week from homeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.
