Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees and supervisors in the Hotel's In Room Dining Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.Ensure quality and timeliness of all food items, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience.Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the In Room Dining area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth by Four Seasons Resort Orlando.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Our In Room Dining Manager candidate will have:2-3 years of Food Beverage and Management experience, preferably in fine dining or Room Service setting.A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.What we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.Complimentary Employee Meals.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of - the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
