Organon are recruiting for a student to join the in-market quality department by October for one year (6 + 6months) for an internship.
The role will be at Organon Spain.
Participating in the day-to-day activities of the Quality Department in Spain and Portugal.
The scope of application includes activities related to good distribution practices.
Key responsibilities · Management of local procedures and trainings · Support in deviation management and monitoring, change control, and risk assessment · Review documentation for new batches and return management · Management of complaints, incidents and quality queries related to product stability · Monitor and document product destruction · Collaborate in the preparation of local Quality team meetings, internal and/or external audits as well as inspections by the Health Authorities.
Education & Skills · Degree in Health Sciences.
Training in the Pharmaceutical Industry (areas of Quality/Registrations) will be valued.
· High knowledge of English (oral and written).
Portuguese desirable.
· Knowledge of computer applications (e.g.
Microsoft Office) · Organizational, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, information management, structured and methodical person, good capacity for dialogue and personal relationships, high motivation and learning capacity.
· Proactivity, communication and teamwork skills, eager to learn and take on challenges, with internal and external customer orientation, initiative and flexibility.
· Workplace in Madrid.
