Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication Arts, Marketing Management or equivalent.
Previous experience working as a Trainer in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Define and manage staff training and development by regularly conducting training needs assessments. Craft and implement training forms and surveys to ensure the effectiveness of training. Build annual training programs, prepare teaching plans, and coordinate with external training providers based on employee development needs. Develop and oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality of results. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes. Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development. Enhance staff knowledge and skills to keep up with industry changes. Work closely with HRA and Finance departments to establish and manage a training budget. Examine and choose teaching materials from Mitsubishi and FUSO to ensure high-quality training courses. Keep the company's training programs and plans relevant by maintaining and updating the knowledge base regularly. Examine the effectiveness of implemented training to optimize future courses and techniques. Translate skill gaps into training to groom employees for the next step of their career path. Project Management: Conceptualize and implement new processes and procedures of the training development unit that is aligned with other units' direction. Recommend new but applicable training guidelines in accordance with HRA employee-related protocols. Job Type: Full-time
