An important part of its global production is carried out in Europe, placing the patient at the center of everything TEVA does and with a firm, transparent and ethical commitment to society and the environment.The opportunity This is a great opportunity to work in close collaboration with the local Legal Team and business partners on a variety of local legal matters related to innovative, generic and OTC products, giving legal support to local teams in both day-to-day and strategic projects and also collaborating with the regional EU Legal team in a variety of matters.How you'll spend your day Provide legal support to the Spanish team on all kind of activities relating to innovative, generic and OTC products, ensuring compliance with local and EU applicable laws and regulations, as well as with Teva policies and procedures; Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in implementing strategies to minimize them; Proactively identify legal opportunities to bring value to the business; Advise on unfair competition, advertising and general commercial matters; Draft and negotiateall kind of commercial contracts; Provide advice on competition matters; Assist in drafting,reviewing and training local teams on relevant legal policies; Keep up to date with emerging legal trends; Contribute on designing and implementing best legal practices in the innovative, generic and OTC areas; Preparation of the corporate documentation for the Teva Group companies.Your experience and qualifications Law degree in Spain and be an Spanish Bar Admitted Lawyer.No less than two years of experience in legal practice, preferably in pharmaceutical / life sciences legal practice as in house counsel or in private practice.Solid technical skills in general legal areas (e.G. Civil & Commercial Law; Privacy & Data Protection; Administrative Law; Competition Law).Knowledge of the life sciences field and its dynamics and customer needs will be appreciated.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent team player who can work effectively across different cultures and skill levels.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong drive to achieve results.Hands-on, flexible and adaptable personality.Energetic, hardworking, and proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressure.Able to work in a changing and flexible environment
