Time left to apply: End Date: December 12, 2024 (27 days left to apply)Job requisition ID: JR09698Ferrovial Construcción S.A. is recruiting for an in-house lawyer for the legal department to provide legal advice and guidance on the day-to-day legal matters of the Company.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review tender documents, prepare the relevant risk matrix allocation, legal queries, and claims for private construction and industrial projects.Prepare contract management tools, templates and notices and provide advice to ensure contractual compliance.Draft & negotiate international contracts and subcontracts: design and construction, EPC, FIDIC, contracts for data centre, batteries and gigafactories, procurement, supply, leasing, joint venture, consultancy agreements, etc.File & control the companies' claims, court & arbitration procedures.Build relationship & coordinate with the Companies' external lawyers.Other duties as directed.Qualifications/ExperienceBachelor Degree in Law.Additional related qualifications will be valued.6+ years' experience in a construction company or construction/projects group of a law firm.Experience in data centers will be valued.Fluent in written and oral English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Do you want to know more about us?Click on the following link to learn more about us.
