We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to contribute to the strategic direction of our company and support its growth and success.Key responsibilities:Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with the guidelines provided by RLD in coordination with the SBU and HQ departments.Follow up on the execution of contracts and manage any discrepancies and conflicts that arise.Identify and mitigate legal risks in each jurisdiction where the company operates, protecting against potential legal liabilities.Draft reports and draw conclusions on specific legal questions that require detailed analysis.Coordinate, support, and supervise SBU and HQ legal matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures.Manage and resolve legal matters submitted by the ROADIS Board of Directors, SBU heads, and HQ departments.Assistance to the Secretary of the Board of Directors regarding corporate governance matters.Organization and legal operation of the company bodies.Design and execution of company reorganizations at corporate level.Provide advice, negotiation, and execution of investment operations for the business, as well as banking and financing operations.Oversee and monitor legal proceedings at court or arbitration.Select, manage, and evaluate external lawyers hired to provide advisory services to ROADIS, ensuring cost control and efficiency.About you:Bachelor's degree in law.4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm.Advanced English.Strong understanding of corporate, companies and commercial law.Experience in corporate and M&A transactions.Proficiency in handling regulatory and compliance matters.Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior management.Experience in emerging markets is an advantage
