.WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team. You will collaborate with case teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory for diagnostics and live projects while delivering against commercial priorities for the Operations Knowledge Team (KT) business. Additionally, with guidance from senior colleagues, you will develop intellectual property & knowledge assets and manage content on internal BCG websites, ensuring the availability of the latest, high-quality content. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the procurement topic business as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts. The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices that helps our clients create competitive advantages by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Procurement Topic Area is an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who assist clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.G., procurement strategy, operating model, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, risk & resilience, etc.). As a SKA on the Client Focus (CF) track for the Operations Practice Area & Procurement business in Germany, you will be: Driving problem-solving and solutioning for clients, generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context. Leading development and commercialization of Procurement knowledge and assets, aiming to innovate our offers and enhance our go-to-market approaches. YOU'RE GOOD AT: Knowledgeable in Operations processes related to Procurement strategy, value delivery, operating model, and Digital/Gen AI. Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility. Strong work ethics, service mentality, and willingness to showcase expertise. Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization. Collaborative, team player - including in an international, virtual communications environment. Flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset, open to new ideas and able to propose innovative solutions. Working in an ever-changing and complex environment, comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced setting. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum procurement experience required; 3-6+ years of procurement experience strongly preferred. Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements. Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel). Good communication skills to manage stakeholders' expectations. Fluency in English; German language preferred
