We are now looking for an Import & Export Logistics Technician to join our passionate Import/Export and Logistics team in the Global Operations Business Unit.
Based in our headquarters office in Barcelona, the selected candidate will play a key role in managing the import-export process from transport to final destination under the Global Business Unit.
About the Role:Responsible for sending raw materials and final products from the company's different factories to other factories or clients which are located in different countries and regions from the origin.
The Import-Export Logistics Technician will stay in contact with the Planning department to coordinate availability according to the Supply Chain established needs.
Responsible for managing all the import-export process (transportation to final destination).
In charge of booking freight with operators and coordinating the maritime transport from the port to the country of destination.
Together with Global Procurement, ensure the supply of materials from its purchase or production to final destination, optimizing cost and service to guarantee the quality and integrity of the stock.
