We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Specialist covering our US clients.As Plytix continues to grow in popularity, we need more talented individuals to help our expanding customer base. In this role, you'll work on implementation projects for new clients as they onboard and integrate our PIM system into their business. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in setting up accounts and serves as the bridge between vision and execution, supporting the Account Manager in ensuring a smooth onboarding process.What is Plytix?This is where you'd typically see a long paragraph of boring text that no one reads, peppered with corporate buzzwords that don't mean anything. It's consistently highlighted by our customers as one of their favorite things about Plytix.In an effort to provide an ever better customer experience, Plytix has deployed Implementation specialists to be even more hands-on in the onboarding of new clients. The position of the Implementation Specialist is an exciting position within the Customer Success team, and you will play an important role in defining best practices and standard operating procedures that go beyond the actual set up of the accounts.Your job as an Implementation Specialist is first and foremost to execute the implementation of the PIM and set up client accounts. You will be attending client meetings, building Plytix PIM Accounts firsthand, and getting deep into the weeds of your clients' product data and account set-up. You will learn about a variety of industries, their products, and their technical set up, and combine that knowledge with the ideal way of improving their processes with Plytix PIM.What will you be doing?You'll be working directly with clients as they onboard with Plytix and implement the PIM into their company. This includes every aspect inside the Plytix PIM platform, from the initial product data import, to setting up the framework inside Plytix, and configuring outputs so customers can share their data with the world.But the job doesn't stop there. Together with the Account Manager, you'll attend client meetings, craft a roadmap for implementation, and make sure deadlines are met, so your clients can start using Plytix PIM as fast as possible.After 1 month:You'll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert, learning the ins and outs of our platform and its powerful capabilities. By this point, you'll have a strong grasp of how to set up the PIM, configure product attributes, and import product data for new clients. As you begin applying this knowledge with real customers, we'll provide ongoing support to ensure your confidence grows. You'll start guiding clients through their initial implementations, helping them configure their product information structures, and even providing basic training on managing data imports, exports, and updates. You'll be on track to becoming a trusted PIM advisor, laying the foundation for long-term customer success.After 3 months:You'll be managing your own implementation projects with clients, taking full ownership of the onboarding process. By now, you'll have developed close, collaborative relationships with your customers, understanding their specific data management needs and ensuring that their PIM configuration aligns with their business goals. You'll be building a strong pipeline of projects, handling data structuring, defining custom fields, and configuring workflows tailored to each client's operational processes. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth transitions from previous systems to Plytix, meeting deadlines, and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll also be conducting in-depth product training sessions with client teams, helping them fully utilize the platform.6 months in:You'll have completed a significant number of onboarding projects and will confidently manage your own project pipeline, meeting deadlines with ease. By this point, you'll have fully mastered data configuration, product attribute setup, and customization of workflows to suit each client's needs. As a proven asset to both the company and your team, you'll be consistently delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your deep knowledge of Plytix and your ability to tailor the system to each client's unique requirements will make you a go-to resource within the Customer Success team.Who will you be working with?You'll be working with your fellow PIM experts on the Customer Success team to ensure that our customers' expectations are met and that they are using the system to its full potential. But you'll also be working with Product Managers, Sales, and even the Marketing team. These departments work together towards a common goal as part of the revenue team.We expect you to have:Native-level English (and any other language is a plus)Problem solver with a passion for making things work.Be willing to work flexible hours.
