Purpose of the role The Implementation & Adoption Team delivers a number of projects and initiatives that could be summarized as follows: We design and activate strategic solutions for clients, from ideation and planning to execution of finite details; ensuring value is delivered with the highest client satisfaction and the strongest feeling of partnership, with an aim for cross-selling and up-selling incremental services.
We engage with external and internal clients across the Indicia Worldwide business consultatively to understand their needs and pain points, diving deep into their existing processes, technology tools, analytics and people structures.
We ensure with gravitas and confidence that the strategy for our business is delivered.
We conduct analyses and drive insights from stakeholder meetings, process mapping, data and market research.
We design, build and propose viable, quantifiable solutions and optimization plans; and present the designed solutions, convincing senior stakeholders of the recommendations' value (e.g.
Marketing, Procurement, Technology, Finance, HR Executives).
We support the new business and sales cycle when required as Subject Matter Expert We are currently looking for an Implementation Manager that could support the business with multiple strategic implementation of tools (both client and internal facing) on a global scale.
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the success of the implementation of multiple complex & global projects, through their lifecycle, for our clients: new or existing; external and internal; with an important technology focus.
Managing effective implementations of multiple technology solutions; always meeting the agreed business requirements within time, cost and quality constraints: Ability to create and manage a number of parallel inter-dependent projects into a strategic programme delivering on an overall set of business objectives and recognising how changes within each project impact the overall deliverable Checking feasibility and working out budgets, teams and resources Setting scope, goals and objectives for each individual projects and the overall programme.
Definition and measurement of the programme success criteria Selecting and building accountable, cross-functional project teams.
Defining roles and responsibilities, assigning tasks and deadlines and empowering team members to achieve their goals Leading teams to build and execute strategy, roadmaps, and deployments of applications and dashboards, working directly with clients and internal account teams to scope and manage implementation of customer facing technology projects on a multi-country scale Assigning tasks and deadlines and empowering team members to achieve their goals Monitoring progress and ensuring on-time and on-quality deliverables Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects Adjusting project plans and reallocating resources as needed Understanding and acting upon business priorities Reporting and Documentation: Reporting to teams and stakeholders, escalating to management as needed Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Constantly measuring and comparing progress against agreed-upon plans Meeting regularly and managing status updates on progress and challenges Change management, quality and satisfaction of your stakeholders: Proactively identifying the issues and risks faced by the projects, identifying the resolution and mitigating actions required, and escalating accordingly Ensuring stakeholders' satisfaction through constant communication and other change management principles Being open to stakeholder feedback and flexible to readjust project plans Prepare and deploy communication plans at different organizational levels Relationship & People Management: Senior management level engagement with Operations Board and middle management colleagues to ensure clear process compliance and efficient resolution of significant issues.
Daily engagement with Commercial, Procurement, Implementation, New Business, Operations, Business Development and Finance teams Developing and maintaining a depth of knowledge of Indicia Worldwide's capabilities, and continually expanding your expertise around market trends in marketing, procurement and general business.

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure Proven track record of delivering initiatives, within a multi-channel organisation, from conception through completion Proven project management expertise leading complex cross functional projects, preferably in Marketing Services (Print/POS) implementations Previous experience with balancing and managing senior stakeholders up to Board level Demonstrated experience in resource planning and tooling Experienced user of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
Jira, Confluence Smartsheet experience is essential Strong business acumen and Marketing Services (Print/POS) experience Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in a highly agile environment Strong research competencies, persevering mindset, ability to balance depth vs. speed Able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning Fluency in English is a must, any other European languages are a plus The mindset to navigate the role The ideal candidate will be a recognized strategic thinker, with a sharp business mind and a proven ability to implement high-level program initiatives.
