About the Role: We are on the hunt for a Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing new client onboarding, implementing new sales playbooks, and overseeing copy review and approval processes. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful project management, setting up outreach architecture, crafting compelling copy, consolidating critical market information, building lead lists, and educating clients on our processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) New Client Onboarding: Implementation project management: Managing stakeholders, deadlines, and action items. Setting up outreach architecture: Setting up Asana, Slack, Apollo, mirror domain, and mailboxes for new clients. Copywriting: Crafting copy for phone, email, LinkedIn – tailored to each new client's target Persona and/or Industry. Condensing information: Related to the client company, its product/service, the target company types, and industry knowledge (specific to the target market) into a go-to-market document (Sales Playbook). Lead list building: Building an initial outreach list per implementation. Client Education: Educating the client on our in-house processes and managing their expectations. 2) New Playbook Implementation: Implementation project management: Managing stakeholders, deadlines, and action items for existing clients adopting new playbooks. Copywriting: Crafting copy for phone, email, LinkedIn – tailored to the new playbook's target Persona and/or Industry. Condensing information: Updating the Sales Playbook with new strategies and insights specific to existing clients. Lead list building: Building an initial outreach list per implementation. Client education: Educating existing clients on new playbooks and managing their expectations. 3) New Copy Review and Approval: Ensure all copy revisions for client accounts are in line with the existing Playbook (including pre-defined ICP, personas, value propositions, and pain points) and approve them accordingly. Requirements: 3 years of relevant experience in implementation project management, client onboarding, outreach architecture setup, copywriting, sales playbook creation, lead list building, and client education. 3 Experience in CRM implementation. 3 years of Experience in B2B Sales. 3 year of client management experience.
