Meet EMMA: Video Introduction Key Roles/ResponsibilitiesGives support on the full EMMA solution during the implementation week.Performs system configuration and data migration activities.Manages risks and issues, successfully and rapidly escalating them (when necessary) following up and resolving them.Delivers excellent support in a client-facing environment, such as front desk, as well as F&B and M&E departments as required.Delivers on-the-job support to hotel staff and management.Assists the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.Assists in any other activities on site or remotely, as required, to further develop the processes, training, etc.
to improve the rollout and implementation of EMMA.Travels on site as required to implement the system change on property.Ensures the tasks pertaining to the implementation of EMMA are completed with efficiency & quality.Competencies & Skills RequirementsAdministration skills and highly organized.Operations.Strong Interpersonal Communication skills.Training experience preferred.Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change.Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions.Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles.Job Requirements and QualificationsMinimum education: Bachelor degree.Minimum experience: 2-3 years.Language skills: English and French as mandatory.
Other languages would be a plus.Required certificates: None.Required to travel: 30% travel (domestic and international).Location: Spain based, possibility of France based.
