Position OverviewWe are looking for an accomplished Implementation Consultant to join our Southern Europe Consulting team (AEC), as part of our Enterprise Programme working with Autodesk's largest customers.The role is hybrid or fully remote, based in Spain, France or Italy.You will report to the Manager, South Europe Consulting (AEC) as an individual contributor.This position combines your AEC industry experience with your in-depth understanding of design, engineering or construction processes.You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies,software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximising the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.As a global leader in 3D design, engineering, construction, and entertainment software, Autodesk helps people imagine, design, and create a better world.Autodesk accelerates better design through an unparalleled depth of experience and a broad portfolio of software to give customers the power to solve their design, business, and environmental challenges.ResponsibilitiesGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk solutionsLead Autodesk consulting engagements with customersCreate and manage processes, priorities and deliverablesDemonstrate proposed solutions and product overviews and relate them to the customer's business issuesCommunicate to customers via a range of means including guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guidesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsBuild relationships with key internal stakeholders including product team(s) to ensure you are across product roadmap(s)Minimum QualificationsProficient in English plus Spanish, Italian or French languages, excellent written and oral skills5-8 years of hands-on experience in AEC industryFacilitation experience, both onsite and remoteLove to learn and enjoy solving problemsBachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degreeAdvanced knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Construction CloudAbility to understand new or unfamiliar concepts quicklyInnovative, creative thinker with a strong business acumenTravel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetingsPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Autodesk products: Forma, Dynamo, Plant3D, Fusion, InventorConsulting/professional services experience with large, demanding customersManage between two and five projects at a time, setting the right prioritiesKnowledge of Python and working experience with Autodesk APIsFamiliarity with ISO19650Diversity & BelongingWe take pride in cultivating a culture of belonging and an equitable workplace where everyone can thrive.
