Position DescriptionADP provides payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. To provide the best service, one must have a large number of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users who execute the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security, etc.Role Objective:The Implementation Consultant is responsible for carrying out all phases of the project to achieve the service deployment required by the client, ensuring its accuracy, precision, and legality. This role requires strong communication skills to manage internal and external, client-facing teams.Responsibilities:Detection of non-contracted and out of scope service elementsPreparation of analysis and documentationManage the acceptance and approval of analysis from the clientObtaining and managing the client's historical data, necessary for the initial systems load whenever the business requires itCustomization of ADP applications in order to perform the requested serviceRequest for services and/or resources from internal and external providersEscalation of critical issues that impact the project planClient validation of services delivered, whether internal or externalInternal testing based on project requirementsJoint testing with the client (parallel run)Experience:3 to 4 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, Taxes in SpainKnowledge of payroll and HR applications/programsAdvanced knowledge of EXCELDaily management of processes, registrations, cancellations, and changes requestsExperience in payroll implementation, having carried out the implementation of the payroll platform in all its areas and details, not only in the coordination of the projectKnowledge and experience in Product and/or Project ManagementKnowledge of payroll from a functional point of viewAbilities / Knowledge:Successful Communication and client-focused approachAbility to work in teamsCapacity to work under pressureAbility to organize and prioritize tasksAnalytical and resolution-orientedFlexible and adaptableStudies:Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher DegreeProject Management Certification (desired)Languages:Spanish (native)English (intermediate / functional)
