We are a financial services provider with offices in the UK & Spain, looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro.
Responsibilities
Proactively handle a busy caseload, ensuring key administrative tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with agreed timescales and processes.
Provide general support to the Sales department.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain internal database records and reports.
Deal with client queries.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Update and maintain social media accounts.
Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Perform other general admin duties.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant. Office Admin Assistant, Retentions and Referral handling experience would be an advantage.
Strong IT skills in order to use our bespoke claims database along with Google and Microsoft Office programs.
Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail are required.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner, keeping calm and professional at all times.
Provide excellent customer service, keeping in regular contact with involved parties.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail.
