The Opportunity
Within this job, you will have the opportunity to play a role in shaping our people development & engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Career Management, Performance & Development, you will: Collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy talent and career development processes and projects.Contribute to the growth of our employees and help build a future-ready workforce.Be part of the wider People Development & Engagement (PDE) team.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design leadership framework making leadership development consistent across the organization.Design and implement programs that promote leadership development, team effectiveness and employee engagement.Design and implement career maps and learning paths, liaising with PDE Special Points of Contacts (SPOCs) to roll out new HRIS systems to support career development paths.Ongoing evaluation and design improvement of our talent and leadership programs, working with external partners, PDE SPOCs within the global business lines, Learning team and the business.Support local countries to roll out local programs consistent with global requirements.Manage budget and planning of local talent and leadership programs.Design and roll out academies on specific topics such as sales, finance, product etc.Inform and consult with Works Councils where required.Utilise data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.Coordinate Top Employer audit for the team.Participate in Ad Hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDE.Who Are We Looking For Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.4+ years of experience in people development, organization development, skills paths and talent management or related roles.Strong passion for people development and engagement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English - oral and written, additional languages are an advantage.High attention to detail, creative and analytical mindset.Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global, multicultural environment.Perks & Benefits
