Role Description
The duties for this role will be associated with the Strategy and Services (S&S) team. The S&S team is tasked with defining the strategic vision and executing delivery of ACTI's best-in-class analyst services. This position involves in-depth research, development, and production of finished intelligence for primarily executive audiences, and the presentation of findings through briefings and external engagements. The role involves collaboration with industry specialists in Accenture, industry ISACs, and peer analysts. The analyst in this position would handle a portfolio in the Resources industry and would need to have substantive experience on the issues in this industry. In this role, you will support clients directly, working to identify solutions to better integrate ACTI services into the client environment, assist with managing ACTI's intelligence collections requirements (ICR) program, advocate for clients' needs, and drive ACTI product and service innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover, identify, and report regularly on significant cyber threats and risks to businesses, governments, and other organizations presented by cyber threat actors and groups originating in global regions.
- Compile cyber threat data gathered through independent research and analysis and look at emerging technology, techniques and adversarial capabilities and tactics.
- Analyze cyber threat indications & warnings on a near real-time basis and fuse unclassified/open source cyber threat information correlating internal activity to external indicators across numerous boundaries.
- Leverage relationships with various intelligence organizations to gain and share intelligence data.
- Build strong, credible relationships with client executives and Accenture colleagues.
- Ensure clients get the most of ACTI's services and products by understanding CTI service integration techniques and technology integration capabilities while ensuring all contractual deliverables are met.
- Understand ACTI assets, offerings, and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.
- Support internal engagements and collaborate with ACTI's Analysis teams to identify growth areas for improving capabilities and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss shifts in the cyber threat intelligence ecosystem to support and advise clients while leveraging specific client needs to drive prioritization among ACTI teams.
- Support new business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand collaboration.
- Leverage hands-on knowledge of client needs to tailor intelligence products, briefings, etc. to better align with client needs.
- Provide recurring updates on state of client relationships to inform client/sales interactions.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or another related security field including: Threat Hunting, System Administration, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Monitoring, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Vulnerability Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience/knowledge of advanced cyber threats, threat vectors, attacker methodology, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience writing Cyber Threat Intelligence products and white papers in clear language for presentation to senior leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in or closely with the Resources industry.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years).
