The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate closely with the Business Development Managers to facilitate the conversion of prospects into active customers.This position requires excellent communication skills (and a Proficiency level of English), strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to driving sales success.Responsibilities:Profile Management: Create and maintain accurate client profiles in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is documented for effective communication and follow-up.Session Organization: Schedule and organize demo sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our Booking Portal to prospective clients. Provide training and support during these sessions to ensure prospects are equipped with the knowledge to utilize our services effectively.Client Contact: Identify the ambassador at the client's end, maintain active communication, build trust, promote the brand, stay top of mind, and create opportunities to activate the account.Client Activity: Track and monitor client activity as they begin using our services, proactively identifying any issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, quality assurance, administration, and accounts receivable to address client needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and client engagement metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.Requisitos:Proven experience in a DMC, Hotel representation, a travel agency or Air Charter broker.Proficiency level of English.Strong understanding of the unique needs and preferences of travel agencies and corporate clients.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively and build relationships with clients.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting sales targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.Oferta:Competitive compensation Package along with a performance-based commission structure.Growth and Development Opportunities.Mixed Remote and Office Work in Barcelona.Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment
