Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.Join our Finance Team within Group Controlling department as Financial Analyst and support the Head of FP&A with your financial analysis.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Support the Head of FP&A and Head Group Controlling by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making.Enhance and develop new reports in Tagetik and drive BI tool solutions (QlikSense and Sharepoint) to improve processes and drive automation.Perform month-end closing activities including proper financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast.Ensure timely submission of legal entities reporting packages and according to Sulzer standards. Support entities in reporting related issues.Be the Group's point of contact for reporting matters in Tagetik and provide training to legal entities worldwide.Actively support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processes.Perform various ad-hoc reporting requests to ease group financials understanding.Contribute to the monthly preparation of the MIS presentation.Monitor and control HQ Cost Centres and CAPEX spending.To succeed in this role, you will need:Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.Five years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in corporate finance.Good knowledge of Tagetik with experience in report building.Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPoint.Experience with SAP (FI / CO modules) and business application tools.Analytically strong person with high energy to drive for results.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks, and processes.A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude.High level of fluency in English (written and spoken).What we offer you:A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.Restaurant tickets.Permanent contract.Accident insurance.Flex work opportunity.No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
