In this role you will be responsible for designing new leadership development opportunities for IFF's high performing senior leaders in collaboration with internal and external partners, while ensuring those solutions support the broader talent strategy.You will communicate and collaborate with leaders across the company to understand critical skills and experiences, maintaining awareness of emerging development needs and initiatives, and working across the Talent and Inclusion Center of Expertise to design solutions that will enable leaders to perform at increasingly higher levels. Additionally, you will support the development of talent management projects that support the ability of all employees to envision and drive their careers at IFF. To thrive in IFF's rapidly changing environment, you will need to be proactive, energetic, resilient and collaborative.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, assess, and update various leadership development products, resources and vendors based on your education, experience, and understanding of best-practice.Interact with internal customers and partners to develop clear understandings of their challenges and requirements, routing those requests appropriately with recommendations.Work with internal and external partners to design learning solutions for IFF's high performing and senior leaders; manage the projects to bring those solutions to life, and continue to manage their evolution over time.Support processes for IFF's internal leadership development courses to include the nomination process, logistical requirements, and execution of training for multiple months-long courses.Support and enable the expansion of digital learning options for all IFF employees.Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Managers, and L&OD partners across the world to understand emerging training and learning requirements and provide recommendations on solutions.Support the development of talent processes and procedures that will enable IFF employees to envision their career opportunities, and managers to guide their teams in identifying opportunities.Work flexibly across the L&D spectrum of activities supporting areas of focus and prioritization.Job Requirements3-5 years of experience in a related field.Familiarity with LMS systems; SuccessFactors preferred.Experience in a learner-facing role, facilitating group discussions.Experience in course development, practical experience in adult learning theory preferred.Proficient use of Microsoft Office platforms (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
