About the role: The Business Development Manager is responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities. The main accountabilities for this role are to grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction. Key Skills and Experience: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe. Identify and engage potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities. Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance. Stay updated on industry trends and provide market feedback. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of European business development experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends. Results-oriented and collaborative mindset. Languages required: English (C1+) and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Nice to Have: Strong distribution background in PC, displays, keyboards, networking, and CPU.
