Vice-President, People & Culture Position Summary We are looking for a Vice President, People & Culture to lead and drive our people, culture, and talent acquisition strategies, as well as executive initiatives across the Human Resources Function of our business. As a business partner to the leadership team, the Vice President People and Culture will help the leadership team build and develop their teams, make effective people-related decisions based on data and organizational alignment and establish strong communication processes across our talent.
Responsibilities Work with leadership team to build upon and execute a long-term strategy for the People and Culture function.Provide objective and strategic input and guidance on a variety of programs related to all people practices including talent acquisition, organizational development, rewards and recognition, change management, succession planning, compensation & benefits.Ensure that all People and Culture decisions, programs and processes are aligned with our culture and core values.Implement company-wide performance management programs that support a high-performance culture while maintaining transparent feedback across the company.Partner with our leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs, and compare to the capabilities needed to deliver our business strategy.Lead talent acquisition to recruit top talent based on needs and requirements and help drive company branding initiatives that enhance Nakisa's brand awareness.Build scalable learning and development programs that help grow our team's capabilities, support retention, and nurture our top talent.Collaborate with internal legal counsel regarding employment matters and compliance with regulations.Prepare, analyze, and report on People, culture and Talent Acquisition metrics in line with the company's objectives (Time to recruit, Employee retention, people satisfaction scores, workforce diversity, etc).Improve and update all human resource processes and procedures, programs, projects and initiate new ones as needed.Skills and Qualifications Experienced with all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and total rewards.CHRO certified.5-10 years of experience in senior HR roles in the technology industry.Strategic thinker with the ability to define, pursue and prioritize various high impact business objectives.Experience in scaling organizations and ensuring change management.Experience in a fast-paced environment and capable of balancing the needs of the business and the needs of the people.Experienced with talent acquisition in the tech industry within a scale-up environment.Proven ability to build and execute on strong culture-driving, impactful people programs.Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional communication skills, able to clearly and simply articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of staff with tact and wisdom.Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver.Highly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approaches.Fluent in French and English.Who we are Nakisa is a global leader in enterprise business solutions for Organization Design and Accounting and Compliance.
