Illustrator - WhatsApp Responsibilities:Own the process of building a new illustration design system and WhatsApp illustrative direction.Work closely with product designers, Brand Team, and other cross-functional partners to understand expectations and deliver high quality outputs.Generate and rationalize clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end without a great deal of oversight.Work collaboratively with other designers to understand and translate product needs into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.Manage and address feedback from partners and stakeholder approvals.Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to represent work to a broader product team and other partners, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.Experience with (or exposure to) working with icon systems at scale.Experience working with external vendors (individual artists and agencies), providing direction and feedback.Knowledge of creative & production tool sets - e.G., Figma, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, G-suite, Microsoft Office products, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends.Experience in 3D design and motion/animation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
