You will contribute to the success of the company day-to-day by:Providing the client with legal representation.Consulting in your area of expertise on legal matters.Drafting and revising a range of legal documents.Providing legal assistance in cases involving a degree of complexity.Producing documentation/information for article content to appear in the main media.Drafting short articles or notes on recent developments in the law.Maintaining a high level of business acumen by generating client contacts and scouting business opportunities.Capacidades Accuracy in editing legal documents.Providing legal advice.Taking part in legal proceedings.Requisitos 7 years' experience in law firms or company legal departments, preferably in one of the Big 4 firms or a boutique accounting firm.Interest and experience in VAT-CIT.Experience in multinational consulting.Graduate or postgraduate in Law, Business Management or Economics, or dual degree.Master's Degree for Access to Legal Practice. Membership of a College of Lawyers.Master's in Tax.Preferably having attended courses in, or with knowledge of, International Tax Law.Languages: Bilingual command of Spanish and English required, as they are used habitually in the workplace.
