Your mission: As a Service, you will assist our customers with their questions and problems to let them have the best experience using our products.

What you'll be doing:

Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort.
Contacts will mainly come from sports clubs using the Playtomic booking system. Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users.
We want to provide the best experience for our customers; you will be part of this process. Be responsible for Customer's happiness.
A happy customer is a loyal customer! Who you'll be playing with: Before starting the match, we want to share with you who your team players will be: Customer Care Team, Customer Success Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Regional Managers, and more!

People Interview - First contact and cultural fit in Playtomic. Technical Interview with the Head of the Customer Care team. Final Interview with a Team member and the Head of the Customer Care team. We are Europe's largest racket sports App for players and clubs.
