A bachelor's degree.
Excellent written and oral Spanish, French, and English communication skills.
Experience in investigations or escalation handling.
Audit, Risk, and/or Compliance experience preferably in operations, transportation, logistics industry.

Objective The objective of the TRC team is to support all transportation business units operate in line with Amazon policies and country-specific regulations.

To support the business, our primary mission is to perform independent and objective, risk-based assessments of Amazon business partners' and business units' activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations compliance, through effective risk management.
Key Job Responsibilities Autonomously conduct complex deep dive investigations on sensitive and high-severity escalations across the transportation businesses that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or others. Ensure high-quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Meet various SLAs depending on the type of escalation, including non-executive escalations and executive escalations. Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on investigations. Communicate identified issues clearly, concisely, and consistently (verbal and written) to all stakeholders. Deliver high-quality escalation reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations. Drive standardization of processes, identify and communicate risks, and develop controls. Use a combination of tools and data sources to conduct investigations. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
