J&J Innovative Medicine - Supply Chain is a global organization responsible for producing and supplying medicines to markets around the world. With quality as its primary focus, this group collaborates with Research & Development and Commercial partners to deliver life-changing solutions for patients in need.
Responsibilities:
Lead an organization of ~6 finance professionals at two manufacturing sites in the region.
Strategically partner with the APAC Vice President of J&J Innovative Medicine - Supply Chain and directly contribute to the development of end-to-end platform strategies to drive optimal business solutions.
Partner with the APAC End-to-End SC organization of J&J Innovative Medicine and collaborate with the Finance teams across the region and globally, on both short- and longer-term finance & business matters.
Evaluate and execute short and long-term financial performance, as well as assess and quantify risks and opportunities for the platform/region.
Support short and long-term investments and resource prioritization.
Ensure financial compliance.
Responsible for development of the Business Plan, financial updates, monitoring execution, and communication of results.
The GPFL is a member of the J&J Innovative Medicine - Supply Chain CFO's extended staff and a member of the APAC Supply Chain Leadership team.
Act as key leader in execution of finance organization strategies, including the implementation of the SigniFi and Transcend programs at the manufacturing sites.
Attract, develop, and retain strong Finance talent on the team.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s) is preferred.
A minimum of seven years of finance business experience is required.
Working knowledge of US GAAP is required.
Experience managing and developing people is required.
