The Business Support Analyst in Logistics will be a leading force in our warehouse logistics, helping shape the processes to implement customer orders both internally and externally and to fulfill domestic and international shipping, thus playing an essential role in the supply chain for our customers. This specialist will support logistics operations in the Spain and Portugal organization including warehouse management, inventory, and shipment to ensure country growth, and will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, the main responsibilities are:Responsibility for the areas of incoming goods, warehouse, and shipping for Order Processing: Order Management (purchases/invoicing), Backlog management.Establish and expand the organization of the logistics chain (reception and shipment of merchandise, and Management of incidents).Accounting/DMS support.During the first year, being involved in the implementation of a new ERP and process management.The essential requirements of the job include:Excellent written and spoken English.Experience in logistics, import & export, 3PL management, with comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.Experience with the implementation of an ERP will be valued.At Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, we are safeguarding food, medicine, and essentials.
