We are looking for Analytics professionals to develop and mature business insights and processes through data analysis and end-user enablement for the Human Resources area.
Primary Responsibilities Include:Improve performance, functionality, and standardization for Reporting Service Model.Integrate data and information from different sources and create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support.Create scorecards to help leadership, team leads, and clients better understand the underlying trends per each process, productivity, metrics, SLA, and business outcomes.Focus on ensuring high-quality data output with strong quality assurance skills.Automate periodical reports and audits.Here's What You'll Need:University degree.Advanced Excel skills.High level of English proficiency.Strong oral and written communication skills.Intermediate Python/R/SQL skills.Intermediate metrics definition and usage.Experience with Qlikview/QlikSense and Power BI.Experience with platforms such as Workday and Service Now.Analytics and Data Visualization experience in Human Resources.Background in Human Resources processes.
