From sales to service and content moderation to credit management, they're an end-to-end provider across all B2C and B2B customer journeys.The job: Your role as Licensing Associate (LA) will be to work with the Renewal Specialist (RS) and the Senior Account Manager (PCM) to ensure that the customers' renewal agreements are on time, helping to identify licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to the customers' needs.Your daily work will include tasks like these:Work with the RS to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.Assist in developing a renewal plan aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the company.Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages.Work with the company-approved tools to help secure all necessary deal approvals.Your qualifications:You speak and write French at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience; working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts.Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps.Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough
