We believe in our team's mission, accountability, a team spirit supportive of each other and a profound respect for diversity.We are seeking to construct a best-in-class digital organization, where the ERP will be a solid and adaptive backbone of our systems and our supporting functions applications are innovative technology solutions that give our business the digital wings to fly every day!Main Responsibilities:Own change request portfolio for Purchasing and Master Data domain.Assess the impact of SAP changes on existing business processes and system functionalities and ensure no disruption in business continuity.Identify and assess risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies.Work with SAP release manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure SAP releases include the right sequence of changes.Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through system enhancements and changes.Manage relationships with implementation partner(s) and internal teams.Work with SAP tooling team for continuous improvement in tooling involved in SAP change management such as JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, Soldoc.Ensure proper testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and quality documentation is provided by change implementation partners.Conduct thorough testing to ensure changes do not introduce errors or negatively impact existing functionalities.Act as Level 3 support for Application Management Services, troubleshoot issues that arise from system changes
