Data is a key part of AXA's journey "from Payer to Partner", and the transformation of the organisation as a Data Driven company. To succeed in this journey, AXA Partners Data Strategy has been organised around 6 pillars: Enable Business initiatives, Protect Data, Organize and Govern initiatives, Manage Data, Empower People on Data, Deliver and operate Data Platforms. The Global Product Owner Data Analytics will play a key contributing role in ensuring Data assets meet objectives in terms of Quality, Timeline, Benefits. He will also play a key role in a squad (multidisciplinary team). As a product owner, he creates & maintains the product or part of a product.
Based on the business-value, he writes and prioritizes the product backlog items (user stories). Co-build the products' vision with the product manager and track key performance indicators of his product to achieve the vision.
DIMENSIONS OF ROLE Strategic: Business teams' enrolment and end user acceptance will be 2 key dimensions of success. The Global Product Owner Data Analytics is empowered to play a key role in defining the vision, putting it in execution and managing issues when they appear.
International: Ability to collaborate with a multi-national team and with several geography local teams with a fast and agile co-building approach. Understand the culture and local market trends, build on what is common and adapt to country user's expectations.
Transversal Agile Team approach: Ability to interact with all functions both centrally and in geographies - Technical Excellence, Customer Journey, Sales, Finance, Operations, Networks, HR, Communication.
Operational: Global Product Owner Data Analytics works hand in hand with the AXA Partners Data Office, Delivery teams, Local Product Owners and other Global Product Owners.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Product Owner will be responsible for:
Build and update the product vision and roadmap of the product. Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation. Collect and analyse users' needs to implement valuable features. Write and prioritize the product backlog items based on business value (write user stories and validate the results). Lead sprint planning and participate in rituals. Communicate and engage key stakeholders to collect feedback and take decisions to achieve the product vision. Detailed activities:
Co-define the Data Analytics asset product vision with the product manager. Shape product strategy with an updated roadmap. Responsible for the product backlog (create and maintain). Collect and write users' needs. Prioritize the items based on business value. Responsible for creating and analysing products' key performance indicators and taking decisions based on data. Bring innovation linked to market trends with benchmarking techniques on competitors. Manage the product's budget. Manage key stakeholders to collect feedback, engaged in the long term.
