The Advisory Services is a global team specialized in Human Resources Consulting.
We support our clients on the different stages of their HR transformation by providing various services, such as HR Scan, HR Roadmap, HR Processes Design, and Change Management.
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated consultant to join our team in Granada.
Key Responsibilities:HR Scan & Roadmap:Define HR strategy to support client transformation, based on business requirements, business strategy, market options, and current system landscape.Analyze benefits and risks of each future scenario and technology landscape.Perform software comparison.HR Processes & Organizational Design:Deploy a full HR processes analysis to detect client strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).Help our customer simplify, align, or optimize their HR process, based on existing best practices.Support client by realigning the Client's HR Operating Model.Change Management:Perform Stakeholder Impact Analysis.Design and build Change Management Plans.Build training materials (e.g., videos, quick cards, and process guides).Deliver train-the-trainer and/or end-user training sessions (classroom or remote).Required Profile:The role requires a strong academic background (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or Communication).
As an independent professional, you have excellent communication and organizational skills, are passionate about HR & Payroll, and have at least 3 years of work experience in this field.

Pro-active team player who can work collaboratively with and through others in a matrix organization.Ability to deal with multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Act as an autonomous professional by delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.Client-centric with an analytical mindset.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
You are fluent or bilingual in English plus one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, and/or Dutch.Microsoft Office skills, with thorough experience in PPT and other presentation tools.SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS system knowledge is an advantage.Availability to travel.
