What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.Process requests via transactions in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.Do indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.Make claims and cancel requests.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2).Have previous customer experience (a plus).Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
