As a company, we are developing day by day and we are currently opening horizons for projects in Portugal.
Your main responsibilities will include:Process bills, checks, receipts, and other documentsEnsure all documents are properly signed and distributedVerify financial and other data (e.g.
tax identification numbers)Monitor financial transactionsEnter data and maintain updated recordsAssist with account reconciliationsCommunicate with vendors, customers, and colleaguesReport the status of accounts and discrepanciesMinimum Requirements:Experience is not necessary, although it would be an assetBasic knowledge of Portuguese accounting and financial transactionsAttention to detail and organizational and multitasking abilitiesReliability and strong work ethicsAbility to solve problemsHigh school diploma or equivalentHigh level of written and spoken PortugueseMedium-high level of Spanish or English
