Job Title: Warehouse Advanced Worker Reports To: Warehouse Manager Location: Gavá, Lubrizol Advanced Materials Position: Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the tasks are as follows: Administrative management of the warehouse. Manage computer system: inputs, outputs, inventory, locations. Handling Hand PC, PDA. Management of receptions and identification of merchandise. Preparation of customer orders. Supervise customer orders made. Preparations Manufacturing orders. Preparation of consumable material for other departments. Management of returns to suppliers. Management of customer returns. Loading and unloading of trucks. Deliver parcels to other departments. Inventory. Waste management. Carrying out any activity entrusted to you by your superior. Handling forklifts. Security, compliance with standards, Lipotec policies. Maintenance Order-Cleaning in the warehouse. Working shifts. Updating of the department's Quality documentation (work procedures). Participation in improvement processes. Requirements - Education, Training, and Experience: Studies: FP or middle grade. Computer: user level. Experience: Warehouse experience. Handling license for forklifts. Preparation of orders (picking-packing). Management of warehouse software / Hand PC, PDA, etc. Experience in the Chemical sector (Chemistry-Pharma-Cosmetics-Food). Experience in team management. Medium level of English. Management of known ERP's. Skills: Proactive / initiative. Dynamic. Independent. Teamwork. Problem solving.
